Order Processing and Shipping: Your order is made fresh to order with fresh ingredients. Wow! It's a unique process from beginning to end.

All orders are made fresh and take a minimum of 5 - 7 business days to produce. We thank you for your patience as a custom crafted product is made just for you.

Please allow three weeks before your product is delivered, this includes normal shipping time. We are working hard and will get it to you as quickly as possible.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: IF YOU DO NOT SEE AN ITEM IN YOUR BOX, CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT FOR A REFUND ISSUANCE OR REVIEW YOUR TOTAL CHARGES FROM BEAUTY 4 ASHES. MOST LIKELY, YOU HAVE BEEN ISSUED A CREDIT OR WERE NOT CHARGED FOR THIS ITEM. DUE TO OUR PRODUCTS USING FRESH INGREDIENTS, PERIODICALLY A PRODUCT SHOWN AS IN STOCK ON OUR SITE WILL REQUIRE FRESHLY HARVESTED INGREDIENTS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK WHEN FRESH MANUFACTURE IS ATTEMPTED. YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND EMAIL NOTIFICATION FROM OUR MERCHANT PROCESSOR NOTING THE ISSUANCE OF A REFUND FOR AN OOS – OUT OF STOCK ITEM. THE CREDIT WILL BE APPLIED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE. OOS ITEMS USUALLY WILL NOT SHIP AT A LATER DATE TO REDUCE CUSTOMER WAIT TIME AND ALLOW ORDER CLOSURE.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: MOST SALES ARE FINAL. SINCE THESE ARE PERSONAL CARE ITEMS THAT COME IN CONTACT WITH THE SKIN AND HAIR, THIS COMPLIES WITH UNIVERSAL SANITATION PROCEDURES. PRODUCT INTEGRITY CANNOT BE DETERMINED ONCE IN CUSTOMER RECEIPT. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS AND UNAUTHORIZED REFUSALS WILL BE DISCARDED AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED. CONSIDER GIFTING YOUR PRODUCT TO A FRIEND OR LOVED ONE. YOU MAY ALSO SIMPLY DISCARD THE PERSONAL CARE ITEM. by using any products, services, information on this site, user agrees to authorize service provider to charge his or her provided form of payment a $150.00 chargeback investigation fee if user files a chargeback against service provider. these fees will be charged to user’s account upon service provider’s receipt of chargeback by service provider’s merchant processor. this charge is collected to cover service provider’s investigative expenses to validate user’s proof of purchase and validity of chargeback. THIS FEE WILL BE CHARGED IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER THE CHARGEBACK IS RESOLVED IN USER’S FAVOR.

service provider does not tolerate fraud. Any EVIDENCE OF FRAUD ON PART OF USER WILL be prosecuted BY SERVICE PROVIDER to the full extent of the law. SERVICE PROVIDER WILL pursue civil AND CRIMINAL legal action seeking any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal, research, OVERHEAD and loss of revenues FEES.

SERVICE PROVIDER considers credit card charge backs AS fraud if THE USER HAS NOT CONTACTED THE SERVICE PROVIDER ABOUT HIS OR HER ORDER, HAS RECEIVED HIS OR HER ORDER AND PLACES A CHARGEBACK, OR THERE IS DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE OF USER’S RECEIPT OF THE ORDER.

user authorizes service provider to charge 150.00 chargeback investigation fee to user’s credit card upon service provider’s receipt of chargeback. if user attempts to dispute this amount to his or her credit card, per this binding agreement, service provider will pursue legal action to recoup losses for time associated with responding to the charge back in addition to other fees indicated above. USER agrees to reimburse service provider or any representative service provider appoints for any legal expenses user’s actions facilitate. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and full effect. The waiver of a breach hereunder does not waive any other or subsequent breach.

In the event user wins charge back issued by user’s credit card company, and user has not returned service provider’s goods, service provider will recover fraudulently disputed charges plus additional costs via a third-party collection agency. user’s account will be reported to all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. This may severely damage user’s credit rating for seven (7) years. At this point, service provider will no longer accept a return of the merchandise as settlement for the debt and will only accept payment in full accompanying any applicable fees. In addition, service provider will file a report with user’s local police department and fbi.
